INDO GILI ORZORA, a privately owned knitting company based in Indonesia specializes in producing KNITTED MATTRESS TICKING fabrics.

With more than 20 years in the business we are leading producer of Knitted Mattress Ticking in Indonesia with ISO 9001 certified integrated production facility from Knitting to finishing process capable to operate with capacity of 12 million meter fabrics annually delivered directly to mattress producers throughout Indonesia and abroad.

Our valuable technical experience in utilization of modern knitting machineries combined with the dedication of our highly skilled knitting technicians and creative designers are our driving force in our continuous innovation to produce high quality and unique design that specifically meets our customer’s needs.

Company Established

In September 2017, PT Indo Gili Orzora (IGO) was formally established as an independent entity, marking a pivotal moment in our company's history. Export SEA & South America

In 2018, we significantly expanded our business operations by extending our market reach to include international territories. In 2024, PT Indo Gili Orzora is set to enhance its production capabilities by increasing our capacity up to 1,000,000 meters per month. This expansion includes the addition of a Stenter Machine, which will expedite delivery times, and the installation of a Double Jacquard Machine to broaden our product offerings and target market. These strategic upgrades are designed to improve operational efficiency and meet the growing demands of our customers with greater speed and versatility
